Submission Agreement (check each item to show you understand the requirements)

I understand I am to provide my own table and chairs (up to 2) and any decor for my 8′ x 8′ booth space.
I understand I will need to have my booth set up before 5 pm on Friday, September 18, 2026. (More details will be included in the confirmation email.)
I agree that I will not take down my booth until after 8 pm, on Friday, September 18, 2026.
I understand that I will be responsible for cleaning up my booth space when the event ends at 8 pm.
I agree to contact Texas High Plains Writers in the event that I must cancel, understanding that my booth fee is NOT refundable after September 1, 2026.
I understand that upon acceptance for this event, I will be invoiced for $75 per booth. I will not be confirmed until payment is made.

New Frontiers in Writing will provide 8′ x 8′ booth space for vendors, but vendors must provide their own table (1) and their own chairs (up to 2) plus any decor or display set-ups. Vendors will be responsible for accepting payment for their own merchandise, including applicable sales tax. This will be an indoor event, so no canopy is needed.
